These emails were sent out between August 27 and September 3, 2020. Please check your email if you have not already done so to access this information, or contact Ms Asaro at

Schedule Changes:

Please note that the schedule change period has closed.

If you have concerns about your schild’s schedule at this time, please conact School Counselor, Maria Asaro at

A great deal of care and effort has gone into creating schedules based on student requests and needs. Class sizes have also been balanced in the interest of health and safety. It is possible that not all of your requests were able to be met, though hopefully you were scheduled in those classes that are required, and also those are most important to you.

    • If, after looking at your schedule, you see a mistake (missing a core class, like Math, English, Science or Social Studies), or if there is something you wish to change, please use the Google Form below to request a schedule change:

      • Schedule Change Request Form:

      • Please complete this form WITH YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN as soon as possible if you wish to request a schedule change (deadline 8/24/2020)

EMAIL and Google Classrooms:

All students are assigned a school email address, which you will need to check everyday for your assignments in Google Classroom. Here’s how:

    • First, go to

    • Next, enter your school email address which generally follows this pattern:

    • If you do not know your school email address or have forgotten your password, send an email to: (Be sure to include your first and last name, grade level, and indicate that you wish to have your school email and/or password reset)

    • Your Temporary email password will be: Bisbee1234! (please make sure you reset your password to something you will remember, and/or write it someplace safe).

Google Classrooms and Attendance:

  • You should have received Google Classroom invitations from each of your teachers via your school email address. Please contact your teacher and/or administration/guidance counselor if you are missing invites from any of your particular classes.

  • Attendance will be recorded each day by your participation in Google Classroom activities/assignments and/or online presence in synchronous meetings (Meets). Please note that while 30 minutes is the minimum requirement for attendance purposes, more time may be required in particular classes and/or on particular days for lectures, presentations, class discussions, and/or assignments.

  • There will be several types of assignments and activities in Google Classrooms for each of your subjects:

    • Some assignments will be “synchronous” (all at the same time) which will require you to log into an online class “meeting” during a scheduled time (generally during your regularly scheduled class time via Google Meets or Zoom).

    • Some assignments will be “asynchronous” (at different times), whereby you will access and complete class assignments, which may include pre-recorded lessons, on your own (during and/or outside of class time).

School Materials: Please pick up binders, dividers, agendas, etc. from the school at the front office, Monday-Thursday from 7:00-8:00am, 12:30-1:00pm and 4:00-5:00pm.
